DEILIVERY INFORMATION

There is no longer a regular Tuesday Delivery due to minimal orders

 

 

Delivery costs: 1)  $7 within 20kms of 3156, or, 2) Pickup is of course free, or, 3) Post or courier.

1) Delivery by us:

  • A minimum of $20 must be spent in addition to a $7 delivery cost.

  • The delivery cost of $7 can be waived if you spend $45 or more.

  • Please advise if the parcel can be left somewhere if no one is home.

  • Generally delivery is no further than 20kms from 12 Edina Road, Ferntree Gully. However, the higher the purchase, the further the driver will be willing to travel.

2) Pickup is free (please place your order by email first with your preferred pickup days/times):

  • Pickup is available upon request. The factory is not always attended, so please give times/days you can pick up and an amicable time/day will then be set. Address: Factory 16, 12 Edina Road, Ferntree Gully, Vic.

  • There is no minimum spend if picking up.

3) You can place your order by email including your delivery address for a quote by courier/post:

  • Frieght by post/courier will be calculated using the lowest prices offered by Australia Post and couriers such as Star Track. Check out approximate quotes here: auspost.com.au and startrack.com.au  - Weight and size will be slightly larger after being boxed/packaged.

  • There is no minimum spend if using a third party delivery service. However, the delivery costs can not be waived.

  • Bread can not be included in Australia Post or courier deliveries.

​Alterations and Cancellations:

  • Cancellation and alterations of your order after payment may incur a 60cent charge (as this is what PayPal charges approximately).

  • Once bread is ordered from the bakery or other supplier, alterations and cancellations may not be possible.

 

The driver will leave your order at the door after ringing the bell (if you do not want the bell rang, make a note in the order comments).

  • Please ensure easy access to the front door. No dogs please, in case they eat the driver or the bread.​

  • If a front gate is locked, the driver will call the customer's available phone number. If no answer, the item will be returned to the factory and can then be picked up in Ferntree Gully. An email will be sent after the failed delivery with further details.

 

Bread used by date:

  • Bread lasts longer in the long life packaging that is provided - until opened. In total, bread can last up to 10 days in the right conditions.

  • If frozen, bread can last much longer; many months.

  • Soapberries (soapnuts) for 100-200 washing machine loads. Will cost you much less than using regular washing powder or liquid.

  • Rinse cycle not required - save water time and money!

  • The amount of washes varies depending on your load and if you use hot or cold water. Most of the time you will get around 5 washes from just 3 soap nusts. Often more! (There are many many nuts inside each bag.)
